1. Pomodoro Technique: 25 minute chunks(set an alarm) of extreme focus, interlaced with 5-minute breaks.
2. Grouping Tasks: Schedule meetings close to each other or group similar tasks(planning, answering emails, checking social media, organizing calendar, financials, etc) into the same days or timeframes.
3. Don’t overdo time management: If it takes you more time than what you can actually save, then you are overdoing time management. Keep it simple.
